We are an American financial services company, looking to select an outsourcing partner in India or China. Any experts out there who can manage us through to a good outsourcing relationship?
We are preferably looking for someone who has been actively involved in India working or managing an outsourcing relationship with an American principal. Or involved in some sort of overview management role selecting between the different Indian based outsourcing partners. We would start with call centres and then look at financial back office process outsourcing.
