How can I be sure a Business Thinker on Kathink is qualified to help me?

While a Business Thinker's experience and skills can never been 100% guaranteed, Kathink offers several mechanisms to assure high-quality of service:

  • Before you commission any work, you can see all Business Thinkers' ratings, showing the number of commissioned responses they have provided on Kathink, and how other clients have rated their service. You can also browse comments that previous clients have posted.
  • A Business Thinker's rating is very important on Kathink, as it affects the range of requests the Business Thinker can access, so every Business Thinker should make their best efforts to provide an excellent service on Kathink.
  • Your requests will be seen first by the highest-rated Business Thinkers, meaning you should receive more high-quality proposals.
  • You may submit a Commissioned Response Dispute to Kathink Customer Services in certain specified circumstances.

When do I pay for services?

On Kathink, Business Thinkers compete for your business by tendering free Proposals.

When you commission work from Business Thinkers, and the commission is accepted, you pay the agreed fee. Kathink holds this fee until 2 days after you have received the Business Thinker's response. If the Business Thinker does not submit their response within the allocated time frame, we will refund the fee to you.
