As a Kathink Client, you are not bound to one agency. Instead, you choose the ideal Consultant for each job, to fit your requirements, subject area, budget, and timescale.
If you don't find the ideal Consultant, you don't pay a penny.
Control your Timescales
With Kathink, you have complete control over the timings of your projects, giving you incredible flexibility that you don't get from agencies.
Because you post your request and review proposals online, Kathink can save you days or weeks, compared to the traditional method of reviewing pitches and tenders from multiple agencies.
You can set time limits for Consultants to respond with their initial proposals, plus you can set new limits within which full responses must be submitted.

Control your Costs
Kathink is an open marketplace that lets you set the budget that is right for you.
When you post a request, you indicate the fees you are prepared to pay. Your request will only be shown to the Consultants whose Kathink fees are appropriate to your budget.
When Consultants submit their Proposals to complete for your business, and indicating the approach they would take, this does not cost you a penny.
At this point, if a Consultant thinks they can provide the service you need for less than your original suggested fee, or if they feel the project needs more work than you allowed, they may suggest a different proposed fee with their Proposal.
When you commission a Consultant to carry out the task, you set a final commissioned fee, which they may accept or decline, giving you final overall control of your costs.
Control your Scope
Kathink gives you complete control over the scope of projects.
Your initial request indicates the scale of the issue you are addressing, and Consultants can respond with their suggestions and initial ideas.
If you commission any Consultants to carry out work, you have the opportunity to define further the specification of the project to each one independently.
If they accept your commission, the responsibility rests with each Consultant to respond fulfilling the scope you set.
